We want you to love your Aura Sweden products. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition (including all accessories, manuals, and tags).
- For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return if opened or used (unless defective):
- LED Face Masks
- Beauty Wands / RF Devices (Contour Pro, Pro Lift, etc.)
- Any personal skincare or beauty devices that come in contact with skin
Defective or Damaged Items If your product arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at hej@aurasweden.co with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions and (if approved) a return shipping address.
- Ship the item back at your own expense (we do not provide free return labels for change-of-mind returns).
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- 20% restocking fee applies.
Exchanges We happily support exchanges for a different size, color, or model (subject to availability). Contact us to arrange an exchange.
Warranty All Aura Sweden devices come with a 1–3 year manufacturer warranty against defects. This is separate from our 30-day return policy.
Final Sale Items Certain promotional, clearance, or bundle items may be marked as final sale and are non-returnable.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
