Returns and Refunds We offer a 30-day return window on most products. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used LED face masks, beauty wands, and other personal skincare devices are not eligible for return unless defective.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hej@aurasweden.co with your order number. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10–14 business days after we receive the returned item.
