Step 1 — Position

Set up the Quantum1000 on its heavy-duty stand. Stand or sit 6–12 inches from the panel for maximum irradiance. The full panel size covers your entire body — face, torso, and legs — in a single session.

Step 2 — Select Your Mode

Choose from 6 preset programs or customize your own:
