Step 1 — Position

Set up the Quantum500 on its adjustable stand. Stand or sit 6–12 inches from the panel for maximum irradiance. The panel size covers your face, neck, chest, and upper body in a single session.

Step 2 — Select Your Mode

Choose from 6 preset programs or customize your own:
